Returns

  • All original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:


  • Fragrance oils and personal care products (once opened or used)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
